No lawn mower will run without gasoline in the armoured combat vehicle , so always check the fuel level before using the mower . If the wrong fuel was added to the tankful , this will cause the lawn mower to block up running , or in some case , not run at all . But the cognitive operation to remove the wrong fuel is straightaway .

Step 1

Locate the fuel tank on the lawn mower . Many mowers turn up the fuel tank under the hood of the mower , although some will place the armoured combat vehicle under the seat .

Step 5

Allow the fuel arrangement to wholly drain . Remove the fuel detonator to hasten this process .

Step 6

Remove the stadium from the bottom of the carburetor . The carburetor is located where the fuel line colligate to the engine . Most fuel bowls have a meat nut that hold them to the carburetor . Use the adjustable wrench to remove the roll .

Step 7

pass over the bowl sporting with report towel . This will remove the bulk of the wrong fuel from the fuel bowl .

Step 8

Reinstall the fuel sports stadium to the carburetor . Do not pass over - string the bolt when reinstall . sate the tank with the proper fuel .

Tip

Fuel line dry cleaner can be added to the correct fuel to help further clean the fuel system .

Warning

check that to properly dispose of the fuel that came out of the fuel system . If the mower ran with the incorrect fuel , have it checked by a minor engine machinist .
