In A Vase on Monday. La Vie en Rose.

I have to join in withCathytoday with her popular meme , because she is observe the fact that she has been doing her vas and getting everybody to join in for a whole year now . We are mystifying into November , but I still require to see my garden and flowers through rose -coloured spectacles . So as everything is step by step turning browned , I have blame the last of my pink blossom . I hate brown . I leave it a bit late and the lightness was lead but I managed to take a couple of shots of the vase in the birdbath without a flash . And then I had to go indoors and as Cathy is keen on accessories I teamed the organisation with a Chinese Famille Rose collection plate . The flowers are arranged in a pink Cranberry glass vase so we are all in the pink . The flowers areRosa‘New Dawn’ . Chrysanthemum‘Emperor of China ’ and my unnamed one . Diascia . Nerine . Scabiosa‘Beaujolais Bonnets’ . Salvia greggiiandSalvia‘Wendy ’s Wish’Penstemon‘Connie ’s Pink’,Fuchsia , Viburnum tinusand Mosquito grass , Bouteloua gracilis . I am off to look at other peoples ’ vases now atramblinginthegarden . give thanks you very much for encouraging everyone to have so much fun with their vessel over the year , Cathy .

What gracefulness ! So abstemious and adorable and so unexpected in November .

You have a beautiful collecting of pink flowers , Chloris ! I opine it looks peculiarly unspoiled against the brick wall . The plate was a nice cutaneous senses too .

Chloris i ca n’t believe you still have so much pink in November . I have pinkish rose but oh to have more and more pinkish … I love the delicacy and kind of your vase .

Lovely pinks ! I ’m not a fan of brown ( or grey ) either . I cogitate both can look great as supporting histrion and with blue - sky backcloth , but if they ’re the dominant color I get sleepyheaded . 😉 They tell me “ meter to hibernate . ” In any case , your arrangement is quite uplifting and pretty !

Oh most pretty in pink Chloris . It is pitiful that brown , dark , damp and drear are now the order of the Clarence Day but not farseeing to go until we see pinkish and other coloured false hellebore 🙂
