" My garden is in Watkinsville , GA . After moving here from Upstate NY last year and bequeath my 13 year old mature garden behind I had a clean slate . I wanted a stocky garden focal point in my lawn to work as a thinning garden , a veggie garden , a relaxation spot , and a trial garden ( because moving from zona 4 to 8 requires a few eld of examination ! ) . Also a essential were beds that were easy to mow around because it ’s red-hot here and the more sentence spent fuss on general maintenance is less time gardening ! The garden is only four calendar month honest-to-god , but is really taking off and I ’m learning much about what does and does not thrive in cheery Georgia ! "
